Clint Lamanen is an entrepreneur, executive and luxury home builder with more than fifteen years of experience spanning luxury residential construction, business leadership and operational strategy, including work across construction and manufacturing. Throughout his career, Clint has been responsible for strategic planning, P&L oversight and day-to-day operational leadership — the work of balancing growth with discipline, aligning people around a small number of priorities, and keeping execution steady when conditions change.

Clint is the founder of ABOS, an AI business operating system currently in development. ABOS grew directly out of his operating experience and is designed to help leaders connect strategy, priorities and daily execution — with AI supporting the work rather than replacing human judgment.
